The Special Prosecution Office of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK) has filed an indictment in the Basic Court of Prishtina against the defendant with the initials H.S., for the criminal offense of "Organization and participation in a terrorist group".

The Special Prosecution Office announces that the defendant H.S., intentionally, as well as with prior preparation together with his wife and minor daughter, left the territory of the Republic of Kosovo through the "Adem Jashari" International Airport in Prishtina, traveled to Istanbul - Turkey and through certain connections he went to Syria in order to join the terrorist organization "ISIS", where he was engaged as member of "ISIS", as an administrator in the Bureau of Wounded Soldiers under the administration of "ISIS", it was financed by "ISIS" with the amount of money from 100 dollars per month, cooperating with superiors and fighters of "ISIS"...
