An indictment has been filed against defendants M.A. and N.K. for the criminal offenses of "Abuse of official position" and "Smuggling of goods". The Basic Prosecution in Gjilan has announced that M.A in the capacity of official person-forest guard, at the forest authority in the Municipality of Kamenica has intentionally abused his official position, by stamping about 12 cubic meters of pine trees.
