Taiwan's ambassador to Hungary, Shih Chung Liu, has said that the world is facing three challenges: The conflict in Ukraine but also the hybrid one from Russia and China, COVID-19, and climate change. This is what he stated in the discussion organized by NDI on the topic "Vulnerabilities of citizens to disinformation: How do democracies navigate the informational space on the Internet?".
