The Municipality of Drenas also in the re-evaluation has won the first prize for the best municipal performance for 2019, with 72 points. The second place for the best performance was for the municipality of Rahovec with 68 points, while in third place are the municipality of Lipjan and that of Obiliq with 65 points.

21 municipalities have received municipal performance grants for fiscal year 2021, given by the Ministry of Local Government Administration with the support of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), Sweden and Norway, while 17 of them have failed to meet the criteria.
