Mitrovica residents from both parts of the city have mixed reactions about the recent meeting in Brussels between the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti and the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic.

While most of them are pleased with the meeting, saying that it is only important not to have conflict, but peace for all citizens without distinction, others view the meeting and the epilogue of the talks in general with doubts.

Miroslav Laketic, a citizen from the north of Mitrovica, tells KosovaPress that although he does not know exactly the points of the agreement, he is nevertheless pleased with the meeting between the two heads of state.

According to him, Albanians and Serbs should live together in peace, while he accuses politicians of distorting the truth during their statements.
