The Minister of Defense of Albania, Niko Peleshi, in the meeting of the NATO Defense Ministers, in Brussels, requested cooperation from NATO, in cases when the Serbian army approaches the border of Kosovo.

In a Facebook post, Peleshi said that Kosovo is neither a quarter state, nor a half state, but a state in the true sense of the word...
