The President of the Constitutional Court, Gresa Caka Nimani received the representatives of the Constitutional Court of Albania and the Supreme Court. This delegation from Albania is led by the Speaker of the Constitution in Albania, Vitore Tusha. There was no press statement at this meeting. The meeting will continue in the Presidency. For two consecutive days, the Constitutional Courts of the Supreme Court of Kosovo and Albania have exchanged professional views on the role and division of powers between the jurisdiction of constitutional courts and regular courts in reciprocal countries.
