The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, has claimed that he is well aware of the agenda of Kosovo’s Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, and that according to “his own people,” Kurti will meet French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris today.
However, up to this moment, there has been no official announcement from Kurti’s office regarding such a meeting, nor is anything of the sort listed in the French presidency’s official schedule of Macron’s activities.
Vucic “revealed” this so-called exclusive information last night during an interview on TV Prva.
“We have people in Kurti’s environment and we have his agenda for the talks with the French president,” he said, claiming that Kurti will go to Macron with two requests.
According to him, the first is for France to condition Serbia not to use force against Albanians, and the second is to support a proposal for NATO to withdraw from the Ground Safety Zone in the north and for the Kosovo Security Force to enter the north. However, Vucic expressed confidence that his French counterpart will not support these requests.
