The trial panel headed by Charles L. Smith has approved the request of the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office (SPO) to summon another witness to the trial against the former heads of the KLA War Veterans Association. The trial of Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj will continue tomorrow in the Specialized Chambers in The Hague with the hearing of the third witness in this trial.
In the trial against Gucati and Haradinaj, which started on October 7, 2021, two witnesses have so far completed their testimony, while tomorrow, November 4, the third witness will be heard who will answer the questions of the former defense. WVA-KLA leaders.
