The Central Election Commission (CEC) announces that the period for registration of voters with special needs, who will vote through mobile teams on the election day, on February 14th, is underway.
This period (January 14 – January 18), enables the participation in elections for the citizens with the right to vote, who due to specific circumstances cannot go to their polling centers.
