The Deputy Director of the Kosovo Police for the north, Veton Elshani, stated that a few incidents involving people near polling stations were reported, but in none of the cases was there a need to open an official investigation.
Elshani told KosovaPress that the Kosovo Police operates under an operational plan that is implemented during both local and parliamentary elections.
