The president of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, will participate on Thursday in the official ceremony for the establishment of the Peace Board, an initiative of U.S. President Donald Trump aimed at ending conflicts worldwide.
The news was announced by President Osmani’s media adviser, Bekim Kupina.
Earlier, President Trump stated that the ceremony will take place on February 19 at the Trump Peace Institute in Washington.
The Peace Board was established on January 22 in Davos, Switzerland, and has 27 members.
The establishment of the Board is included in President Trump’s 20-point plan for peace in Gaza, which was accepted by Israel and Hamas, an organization designated as terrorist by the United States and other powers, in October 2025.
