The Democratic Party of Kosovo has announced a lawsuit against the board of the Electricity Regulatory Office. This party is calling for the implementation of the decision of the Basic Court in Prishtina for the suspension of tariffs for the increase of electricity prices. Also, the head of the PDK parliamentary group stated that the decision of the judiciary has entered into force and that ERO’s statements that such a thing did not happen are untrue, as they will appeal the decision.
