The Democratic Party of Kosovo considers that the dismissal of the director of the Kosovo Police, Rashit Qalaj, is a political dismissal and has come as a result of the arrest of the deputy chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Haki Rugova. This was said by PDK MP Sejdi Hoxha, who added that such an action by Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti is outrageous.
