President Vjosa Osmani stated that in the month of May they received information that Serbia has destabilizing tendencies toward Kosovo.
“At the end of May, we received specific information. Serbia’s lies are part of their ongoing propaganda. I assure the citizens that there is no need for panic. The threats from Serbia are continuous; however, our institutions have everything under control,” she said.
Osmani said that citizens have been informed about these tendencies, mentioning also the statements of the acting Minister of Defense, Ejup Maqedonci, as reported by KosovaPress.
At a press conference, President Osmani stated that there have been extremely important meetings in the United States of America. She told the media that during these meetings it was confirmed that the United States sees Kosovo as a strategic ally.
