The chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Isa Mustafa has recalled the former President Ibrahim Rugova on the 15th anniversary of his death.
Mustafa says that Rugova was the architect of the state and independence of Kosovo and that his wisdom and foresight are needed even today.
