A Montenegrin citizen was arrested in Prishtina on Monday for a rare theft he had committed nearly a year ago.
According to the police, the suspect had taken two hunting dogs from a Kosovar.
The unfortunate incident occurred in the village of Sharban in Prishtina on February 28, 2025, KosovaPress reports.
