The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti has commemorated the massacre of Lybeniq of Peja, which took place 22 years ago.
Kurti says Lybeniqi represents the genocide committed against the civilian population. Prime Minister Kurti also says that Serbia in general does not prosecute criminals and in particular affirms some of responsible criminals in politics and in the state positions.
