The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK) has filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Prishtina against a defendant for participation in the terrorist group ISIS.
In a press release it is announced that the indictment was filed against a person with the initials F.D., due to the criminal offense “Organizing and participating in a terrorist group” under Article 143 paragraph 2 of the CCRK.
