The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, has stated that if there is no mutual recognition, there will be no agreement.
Hoti wrote on Facebook that Kosovo remains committed to concluding all open issues with Serbia through the dialogue that is taking place in Brussels, with the mediation of the EU.
