The Kosovo Pension Savings Fund – Trust has announced that the funds allocated for the 10% reimbursement for retirees in 2025 amount to 2,995,026 euros for 6,905 individuals who reach the retirement age of 65 this year (i.e., born in 1960), or who have passed away and whose savings have been withdrawn by their heirs (following the 2024 reimbursement).
According to the Trust, this is the third year that the 10% reimbursement continues for contributors who had up to 9,999 euros saved in their KPST account at the time of applying for early withdrawal (in 2020 and 2021).
“For this purpose, 1,873,875 euros were reimbursed in 2024, while in 2023, 5,431,049 euros were reimbursed,” the statement reads.
The Trust further notes that regarding the reimbursement for other participants, in accordance with the current law, the process will continue until 2028.
