At the largest polling center in Drenas, at the “Rasim Kiçina” school, 382 voters had cast their ballots by 11:00 a.m., out of a total of 5,146 eligible voters at this polling center.
According to some citizens in Drenas, the voting process is going smoothly. Citizen Adem Hamza from Drenas expects change from these early parliamentary elections.
“So far, everything has gone smoothly. I hope everything continues to go well. We expect change in all areas of life.”
Citizen Afrim Zekaj also hopes that the next government will bring change by easing the economic burden on citizens.
“[We expect] care for the citizens. The price of electricity has skyrocketed. We expect the next government to take care of us.”
Citizen Bashkim Istogu told KosovaPress that he did not encounter any difficulties while voting, and he hopes the new government will be formed after these elections.
“No issues. There were no delays. We expect fair elections and hope that the government will be formed so that citizens’ lives can continue.”
According to the manager of this polling center, Flakarta Gralleva, the voting process at this center is going well and there have been no issues, including with electricity. In the municipality of Drenas, there are 56,671 eligible voters who can vote at 31 polling centers with a total of 73 voting stations.
