The services of the Kukës Police Commissariat, as part of their ongoing efforts to apprehend individuals declared wanted, have arrested the wanted individual Xh. D., 42 years old, a resident of the village of Shtanë.
The Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Kukës sentenced this individual to 9 months of imprisonment for the criminal offense of “Intentional light injury,” after, in August 2022, he struck the citizen A. D. with a hard object, reports KosovaPress.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecution for further actions.
