About 6 thousand passivated addresses, Mustafi: Albania and Kosovo without a strategy for the Valley
In Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, about 6,000 addresses have been passivated, which is being considered a discriminatory and anti-constitutional action of the Belgrade government. The President of the Albanian National Council, Ragmi Mustafi states that Kosovo and Albania do not have a strategy for addressing the issue of the inhabitants of the Presevo Valley. In the interview for KosovaPress, Mustafi says that these three municipalities have the highest poverty rate in Serbia and are the least developed parts.
Mustafi for KosovaPress also talks about the non-recognition of Kosovo diplomas by Serbia, despite the agreement reached between the two countries, which makes life very difficult for the Albanians of the Valley who attend school in Pristina.
