The meeting of the Parliamentary Committee for the Supervision of Public Finances began amid tensions between the position and the opposition. During the reporting of the Minister of Finance, Labor and Transfers, Hekuran Murati on the Annual Financial Report of the Kosovo Budget for 2021, he was criticized by the opposition for continuing to pay salaries to 199 Serbian officials, who do not go to work at all.

Initially, MP Halil Thaçi from Vetëvendosje said that the chairwoman of the committee Hykmete Bajrami, who comes from LDK, closed the last meeting of the committee without explanation and allowed an MP to insult other MPs.
