The Central Election Commission is receiving ballot packages from the diaspora, and until this afternoon, 15,966 ballot packages have arrived.

CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi told KosovaPress that the receipt of ballot packages is being done under the supervision of the Kosovo Police, observers of political entities and accredited non-governmental organizations.
