The British ambassador, Nicholas Abbott, stated that he has not yet read the draft statute of the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority proposed by the Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama. According to him, Kosovo should listen to the advice coming from its friends and partners regarding the current situation in the north.
