A new barricade of three trucks was placed this morning at the crossroads near the technical school, north of Mitrovica, reports KosovaPress.

This is the first barricade set up in the city, and the 12th since December 10, when Serbian criminal gangs set up the first barricades.

The new obstacle prevents free movement in the city, while until now the highways were blocked...
