On the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the adoption of the Constitutional Declaration of July 2, 1990, in the courtyard of the Assembly of Kosovo where this declaration was read, a plaque was unveiled in honor of this date.

The Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca said that with the Declaration of July 2, the true independence of the Assembly was declared.
