The "Artpolis" organization has today held a march-protest with the motto "Stop femicide - Enough" interpreted with an artistic performance "Hope Bubble" in which the journey of a woman and its ending with the hope of life are presented.

The representative of "Artpolis", Nertila Qarri-Gërguri, said that the killing of women and systematic violence against them must end.

Gërguri said that women's lives are violated every day. She said that femicide is a national emergency and that murderers should receive maximum punishment.

Today's march-protest was held at a time when daily activities are being held in Kosovo as part of the global campaign "16 days of activism against gender-based violence”.

Liridona Ademaj was killed on November 29 in Sinidoll, Prishtina. Three people suspected of her murder have been sentenced to one month of detention. /A. Drenica
