The Special Prosecution of Kosovo will request detention for the Serb who is suspected of having committed war crimes against the civilian population. This was announced by the Special Prosecution in a press release. The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK), announces the public opinion that a person with the initials D.A. has been arrested on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of 'War crimes against the civilian population'. Also, the Special Prosecution, within the legal time limits, will make a request for a detention measur ", it is said in the communiqué of the prosecution.
