The ‘Germin’ organization has collected complaints from diaspora citizens who claim that their rights were violated in the voting process of the February 14 elections. They drafted them in a report which was submitted in the form of a complaint to the Ombudsperson Institution (OI). They expect clarifications from the latter regarding the decisions taken by the CEC and the ECAP in this process, not ruling out the possibility that they will then address the Constitutional Court.

Lirim Krasniqi from the ‘Germin’ organization, after submitting the complaint said that in the decisions of the CEC and ECAP regarding the election process of February 14, there were violations which violate the right to vote for citizens living abroad.
