The Hospital and University Clinical Service of Kosovo has announced that in the Pediatric Surgery Clinic of the University Clinical Center of Kosovo, surgeons, assisted by the anesthesia team, have successfully operated on a 2-year-old child, removing the tumor, which had involved half of his abdomen.

"The operation was performed, after continuous treatment and examinations by pediatric oncologists. The patient is in good health condition, and is expected to be released very soon", reads the announcement of HUCSK.
