67 more officers graduate from Albania’s military academy, 10 of them from Kosovo
Ten new officers from Kosovo have successfully graduated from the Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Albania. They were part of a class of 67 cadets who graduated last night at a ceremony held in Tirana, attended by the defense ministers of both countries, Ermal Nufi and Ejup Maqedonci, as well as Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama.
In a post, Kosovo's Defense Minister Maqedonci thanked Albania for providing opportunities for Kosovo's military personnel to benefit from studies, education, and training at the military institutions of the Republic of Albania.
“During 2026 alone, hundreds of military personnel from Kosovo are attending or are scheduled to attend various military education and training programs, demonstrating the high level of cooperation between our two countries and our joint commitment to developing defense capabilities,” he wrote.
