Last year was announced as a year dedicated to them, but people with disabilities did not notice any positive changes that improved their lives. Old problems have been inherited in the new year. The greatest difficulties remain infrastructure, employment, education and access to health services, even though these are basic rights. In fact, last year 40 people with disabilities had their pensions halved and their right to have a caregiver was removed. The Prime Minister's Office says that the work to help this category will continue and was not limited to 2022.

Sadete Dubova, who has been in a wheelchair for four years due to an illness, feels outraged because of the violation of her rights.
