Today marks 23 years since the first appearance of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA).

November 28, does not only mark the celebration of the Flag Day. Every time this month comes, Kosovo remembers the first appearance of the Kosovo Liberation Army on November 28, 1997, in the village of Llausha, in Skenderaj.
