2080 cases of tick bites in Kosovo

The National Institute of Public Health of Kosovo has announced that from February this year, until September, a total of 2080 cases of tick bites have been reported in Kosovo, while so far one case has been positive with Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever. According to the institute, the largest number of bites was reported by the municipality of Malisheva, 837 cases, Suhareka 376 cases, Klina 187 cases, Rahovec 118 cases and other municipalities with a smaller number of cases.
