It has been more than 22 years since the end of the war in Kosovo, while the families of 1,643 missing persons are still waiting for answers about the fate and whereabouts of their loved ones.

Families of the missing persons have struggled to cope with the loss of their loved ones, and the COVID-19 pandemic made their situation even worse.
