120 wheelchairs with schoolbags at Skenderbeu Boulevard, and the message of this installation is that more needs to be done in respecting the rights of children with disabilities.

The number of wheelchairs has been chosen to be the same as the number of MPs of the Kosovo Assembly, in order for MPs to take into account the rights of children with disabilities.
