Today marks 11 years since the Kosovo Special Police Unit (ROSU) undertook the action to bring under control the border points in the north of Kosovo, Jarinje and Bernjak. On the morning of July 25, 2011, ROSU headed towards the border points in the north of Kosovo in an attempt to take them under control. But ROSU encountered obstacles that were put from the Serbs in the north, where during this action the policeman Enver Zymberi was killed by the illegal Serbian structures. The former president of Kosovo, Atifete Jahjaga, awarded the title "Hero of Kosovo" to Enver Zymberi, with the motivation "for the bravery and dedication and sacrifice for the establishment of the rule of law in the entire territory of the Republic of Kosovo".
