The Basic Court in Ferizaj - The Department for Serious Crimes has informed today that it has set a one-month detention measure for 14 people suspected of the criminal offense "Extortion", who were arrested in the Police action in the context of the "Brezovica" case.

"The judge of the preliminary procedure of the Department for Serious Crimes requested the state prosecutor to set the detention measure against fourteen (14) suspects: B.S., F.S., E.S., A.S., Sh.R., L.H., R.A., M.A., K.G. , A.M., B.O., B.A., N.A., Sh.H., has approved it as well-founded and the same has been assigned a measure of detention for a duration of one (1) month for each one separately, in accordance with the legal provisions of the Code of the Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Kosovo", the Court announced.
