PDK candidate, Shaqir Totaj has managed to come out first in Prizren. From the over 96 percent of the votes that have been counted, Totaj of PDK received 50.32 percent of the votes, while the candidate of LVV, Mytaher Haskuka received 45.68 percent of the votes. We recall that these are only the preliminary results, as the conditional votes and those from the diaspora haven’t been counted yet.
