The election of the president in the first round failed due to lack of numbers. Sali Zyba from Lëvizja Vetëvendosje said that on behalf of the commission for organizing the presidential vote, he concluded that 82 MPs were present at the session and 78 MPs took part in the voting. The Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Glauk Konjfca said that the first round should be repeated and proposes the repetition of the first round of voting.
