15 appeals against ECAP decisions have been received by the Supreme Court, but so far it has been decided only on 9 of them, which were all rejected. Meanwhile, there are six other appeals in the process, for which the judicial panels of the Supreme Court are expected to decide within the legal deadline of 72 hours.
