In a few hours will begin the constitutive session of the eighth legislature of the Assembly of Kosovo. Although it has not been confirmed by the officials of the winning party, the media have reported that the Kurti Government will be formed today. The Kurti Government may be formed on the same day as the eighth legislature of the Assembly of Kosovo is constituted. On March 22, the Speaker of the Assembly, who also becomes the acting president, has full powers to appoint the leader of the Vetevendosje Movement, Albin Kurti, as prime minister-designate. According to Albert Krasniqi from "Democracy Plus", the MPs do not have any constitutional or legal rule that determines the election of the president, before the executive. Several names have already been mentioned for ministers in the Kurti Government, as well as for the head of the Assembly. It is expected that the Speaker of the Assembly will be Glauk Konjufca, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Donika Gervalla, Minister of Internal Affairs, Xhelal Sfeçla, Minister of Education, Arberie Nagavci, while Arben Vitia, or Haxhi Avdyli have been rumored for the Ministry of Health. Albulena Haxhiu was mentioned as a candidate for Minister of Justice, Besnik Bislimi as a candidate for Minister of Finance, while Rozeta Hajdari as a candidate for Minister of Economy.
