The Kosovo Central Election Commission will observe the April 25 elections in Albania. A CEC delegation consisting of members of this institution and a staff from the secretariat will closely monitor the implementation of electronic voting in a certain area of ​​Tirana. The CEC spokesman, Valmir Elezi, stated for KosovaPress that their engagement will not be only on the day of the elections, but also prior to elections, when meetings are planned with the CEC of Albania exactly for the changes that are expected to be implemented in the Sunday elections in Tirana. Elezi said that the observation of the April 25 elections is also the result of the very good cooperation that the CEC of Kosovo has with the CEC of Albania.
