Conditional votes and the votes of people with special needs are being counted at the Counting and Results Center. Until 10:00, 5116 votes have been counted out of 31 thousand 500 conditional votes and about 2 thousand 800 votes of persons with special needs in total. Of the counted votes, 2230 of them belong to the Vetevendosje Movement, while 1134 belong to the Democratic Party of Kosovo. The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo received 695 votes, while the Democratic League of Kosovo received 491 vote. Regarding the process of counting conditional votes and persons with special needs, later in the day a conference is expected from the CEC spokesman, Valmir Elezi.
