The 80-year-old from Livoçi is asking for an increase in pensions, who says that she has always voted. The cold weather and the heavy snowfall did not stop her from coming to the polling station in Gjilan to vote for the one who she trusts. Halime Kçiku, who is eight decades old, says she will vote for as long as she lives, but she doesn’t know if she will live to see the changes. Although accompanied by her son, she says for KosovaPress that she wants to vote on her own without anyone's assistance. She gave her vote this morning at the "Abaz Ajeti" school in Gjilan. For KosovaPress, the senior executive official of the Municipal Election Commission in Gjilan told KosovaPress that until 11:00, 7.85 percent of citizens voted.
