​TAK registers a decrease of 78 million euros

The Tax Administration of Kosovo (TAK) during 2020 has suffered a decline in revenues due to the Covid-19 pandemic. During the disclosure of the annual report, the Deputy General Director of TAK, Ekrem Hysenaj stressed that 491.8 million euros was revenue planning for 2020, while 467 million or 78 million euros less revenue were collected compared to 2019. In the last year, the sectors most affected by the pandemic were the entertainment and recreation sector with a decrease of 66 percent, the real estate sector with 27.9 percent, the accommodation and food service sector with a decrease of 37.9 percent.
