The independent candidate for mayor of Gracanica, Branimir Stojanovic, has called for a free and democratic election process after casting his vote. He has expressed his suspicion, saying there may be pressure on voters. "I expect them to be brave, not to give in to the pressures that have been the last month, and there will be today. Let them be brave today too, so let them be brave today to have reason to hope in the next 4 years. If they fall prey to pressure, we will face 4 more difficult years than the ones we have had so far", he said.
